Product Description

The BL983319-2 Mini TDS Controller is a robust, compact instrument designed for accurate measurement and control of total dissolved solids in process streams. Ideal for water treatment, nutrient dosing in hydroponic or agricultural setups, and general laboratory control where TDS must be monitored and maintained precisely. With a measurement range of 0–1999 ppm (mg/L), it delivers reliable performance for both industrial and laboratory environments.

Designed for panel mounting, the controller features a large LCD display with a multicolor LED indicator for status awareness, a protective clear cover, and an outer case made of fire-resistant plastic for enhanced safety. Automatic or manual dosing control is available, enabling integration with dosing pumps and other actuators via a dry contact relay—activating when the measurement falls below the user-set setpoint. This facilitates automated addition of fertilizers or chemicals to maintain ideal concentrations in process solutions.
