Product Description
Ultrasonic Homogenizer (Non-contact) LUHS-B10 is a cup-form homogenizer with 700 ml disruption capacity. With a 19.5 to 20.5 KHz operation frequency, it is used for disruption of cells, emulsification, and homogenization of varied biological samples with a minimum volume as low as 5 μL. It can be used for breaking up chromosomes and crushing cells aseptically across centrifugal glass tubes.
Applications:
Used in biomolecular fragmentation, cell disruption, ChIP assay (Chromatin Immunoprecipitation), next generation sequencing DNA, eluting membrane proteins, homogeneous emulsification reactions, and pre-treatment of ultrasonic exquisite samples.
