Product Description
The DIN Abrasion Tester TDAT-A10 determines the abrasion resistance of rubber-made products, natural rubber, vulcanized rubber, and thermoplastic amorphous polymers to withstand long-term damage due to friction from excessive use. The ratio between the standard loss of rubber material and the test rubber material, expressed as a percentage, marks the abrasion resistance index of the sample under test.
Applications:
The DIN Abrasion Tester is used to determine the abrasion resistance of elastomers by the frictional loss of rubber in products such as tires, conveyor belts, hoses, footwear, floor coverings, thermoplastic amorphous polymers, etc.
