Product Description
The Cryostat Microtome LCRY-A40 precisely slices specimens into thicknesses ranging from 0.5 µm to 100 µm. It operates within a temperature range of 0℃ to -60℃ with a sealed design. The retraction function withdraws the blade after each slice, preventing tissue damage and ensuring safe, precise sectioning. It can hold up to 24 specimens on a quick-freeze shelf with manual and controlled time defrost settings. Our fully enclosed cryostat microtome features dual German Danfoss compressors for effective cooling and safety.
Applications:
A cryostat microtome is employed in medical, pathology, histology, and botany laboratories, as well as research institutes, to preserve and finely slice tissue samples for rapid disease diagnosis.
