Product Description
Horizontal Autoclave LHA-I12 is a PLC system-controlled, fully automatic horizontal vacuum sterilizer with a 120 L capacity. It operates at a design temperature of 150°C and a design pressure of 0.26 MPa. Featuring a built-in high-quality water ring pump and an internal circulation structure, it supports an automatic process of pulsation, temperature rise, sterilization, and drying. Constructed with a SUS304 stainless steel chamber, it includes a touch screen display and multiple protective devices. Its unique pulsating vacuum procedure ensures efficient drying. The autoclave is also equipped with an anti-dry burning device, a fault alarm system, a cycle counting function, beep prompts, and a micro-printer for complete process data recording.
Applications
Horizontal Autoclave LHA-I12 is used to sterilize packed and unpacked items, solid instruments, hollow (Class A and Class B) instruments, instruments with pipelines, implants, and other high-temperature and high-pressure resistant articles.
