Product Description

RS PRO 432-5757 Hydraulic Tubing is fabricated from zinc plated steel featuring a yellow passivated finish that provides exceptional corrosion resistance with a plating thickness of 8 to 12 microns. This 2 meter long hydraulic seamless tube has a 14 mm inside diameter and an 18 mm outside diameter with a 2 mm wall thickness, manufactured to DIN 2391/C standard ensuring high-quality and durability.

The tubing is produced from cold drawn steel of fine grain quality (RR) material type ST37.4 as per DIN 1630 NBK, boasting a minimum tensile strength of 340 N/mm² and a yield point ReH of at least 235 N/mm². Its ductile yield A5 (longitudinal) is 25% minimum, which confirms robust mechanical performance under demanding conditions.

Designed for fluid power systems, this hydraulic tube supports a maximum operating pressure of 303 bar and functions in a temperature range from -40°C up to 120°C without pressure derating. The tubing ends are capped to prevent contamination, maintaining cleanliness until installation.
