IQRF TR-76D RF Transceiver module by IQRF is a compact, surface-mount device operating in the 915 MHz license-free ISM band, featuring GFSK modulation technique and a maximum RF output power of 10 mW. The module integrates a microcontroller unit (MCU), RF circuitry, serial EEPROM, and is designed to operate on low power, supporting supply voltages ranging from 3V to 5.3V. Its small form factor measuring 15.2 mm in length, 14.9 mm in width, and 3.3 mm in height enables space-saving PCB designs suitable for embedded wireless communication applications.

This transceiver offers a maximum data rate of 19.8 kbps suitable for low-power wireless data transmission in industrial, monitoring, metering, and IoT systems.
