Product Description
RS PRO 758-7179 Steel Mounting Plate is engineered specifically for use with 500 x 600 enclosures. This mounting plate crafted from 1.5mm thick steel provides robust durability and mechanical strength ideal for electrical enclosure applications. It is suitable for housing DIN rail terminals within industrial and commercial electrical systems.
The plate dimensions are 548mm wide by 448mm long and utilize a plain mounting type design, ensuring compatibility with various enclosure components. The construction includes a new double lip edge which enhances strength and installation ease for panel builders and end users.
The mounting plate supports IP65 protection rating when used with corresponding enclosures, providing excellent dust and water ingress protection for internal electrical components. Doors on compatible enclosures open to 120 degrees facilitating easy access for maintenance.
The product comes supplied with wall mounting brackets, pre-punched fixing plates, locking mechanism with one key, and necessary screws for secure installation. Please note that chassis plates are available separately as per datasheet dimensions.
