Microchip 47L04-I/SN EERAM is a 4kB SRAM with integrated EEPROM backup designed for reliable, high-endurance non-volatile data retention without the need for an external battery. The device is organized as 512 x 8 bits and uses a synchronous timing type with a maximum clock frequency of 1000 kHz and a maximum random access time of 400 ns. This EERAM automatically stores SRAM data to the EEPROM upon power loss when an external capacitor is connected, ensuring data preservation.
