Igus CF140.03.05.UL (10m) Chainflex CF140.UL screened control cable is engineered for demanding industrial automation and control applications requiring robust, reliable cabling solutions. It consists of 5 cores of stranded copper conductors sized 0.34mm² (22 AWG) enclosed in a grey thermoplastic elastomer jacket that provides superior abrasion resistance and chemical protection.

The patented bundled core design ensures enhanced flexibility and long service life especially in dynamic, continuous flexing environments such as cable carriers (echains®). Its small bend radius allows for compact and space-saving arrangements in control panels and machinery wiring.

The low-angled braided screen minimizes electromagnetic interference issues, providing stable signal integrity in electrically noisy industrial settings. The cable is rated for 300/500V and flame retardant to IEC 60332-1-2 standards ensuring safety in installations.

Operating temperature ranges between -15°C and 70°C make it suitable for indoor applications and outdoor use in environments above freezing. The jacket is oil and bio-oil resistant conforming to class 4 standards, and is silicone-free according to PV 3.10.7.
