Product Description
Igus CF130.10.18.UL (50m) Control Cable is a robust and flexible solution for medium duty industrial control applications. With 18 cores of 1mm² (17 AWG) stranded copper conductor, it offers reliable electrical performance at a voltage rating of 300/500 volts. The cable is unscreened and armored, protected by a grey thermoplastic elastomer jacket that provides high abrasion resistance and outstanding chemical and oil resistance.
Engineered for demanding environments such as automation systems, packaging industries, wood and stone processing, and various supply and handling systems, this cable ensures long service life even under continuous flexing conditions. It operates efficiently across temperatures ranging from -15°C to 70°C.
The cable is flame retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2, CEI 20-35, FT1, VW1 standards and is silicone-free, making it suitable for clean room applications up to ISO Class 1. The design features a patented core bundled structure to reduce bend radius and increase durability in cable carrier and e-chain systems.
Igus Chainflex cables are extensively tested in a 2,750 meter laboratory, guaranteeing a 36-month service life assurance.
