Product Description
Bopla IP68 Polycarbonate Enclosure model IP68 from the Bocube Series is a light grey general-purpose enclosure constructed from flame-resistant UL 94 V0 polycarbonate material, measuring 90 mm high, 191 mm long, and 80 mm wide. It features superior protection with IP66 and IP68 ingress protection ratings, ensuring dust tightness and immersion protection up to 1.2 meters for 2 hours. The enclosure has an impact resistance rating of IK07 and is shielded and RoHS compliant.
This enclosure is designed for both wall mount and desktop use in industrial and office settings, suitable for housing electronic components safely. The hinged quick-release lid with a matching light grey color allows quick access without tools, though it can be secured by screws or a lead seal (lead seal not included) for anti-tamper security.
The enclosure includes foam polyurethane gasket seals, recessed membrane keypad area with 0.5 mm or 2 mm depth, and large mounting areas to accommodate PCBs, front panels, connectors, cable glands, and operating elements. Available in RAL7035 light grey, it is recyclable and environmentally friendly.
