Pfannenberg 11740001050 Exhaust Thermoplastic Frame Fan Filter from the PFA 40000 Series is engineered for 223 x 223 mm fans with precise dimensions of 252 mm length, 252 mm width, and a thickness of 41.9 mm. It features a thermoplastic frame and finish that ensure robustness and resistance against environmental factors.

This filter fan incorporates a new-to-market pleated fabric filter combined with a louvre design to deliver extremely high airflow at IP55 protection rating. Its patented water and dust pre-separation lamellas protect the filter mat by reducing exposure, significantly extending filter life and reducing maintenance frequency.

The innovative click and fit design eliminates the need for any fixings, facilitating fast, hardware-free installation and convenient filter mat changes. Pfannenberg’s 4th generation fans come with IP54 and IP55 variants; IP54 models filter to the improved G3 specification while IP55 offer G4 filtration level along with EMC options. The fan includes a patented 4-corner locking system and a cage clamp terminal which can be repositioned through 90° increments to suit wiring needs. These units are reversible for either intake or exhaust airflows within enclosures.

IP55 variants are UV stable to support outdoor use without additional protection. Its cutouts are fully compatible with previous generation fans and those used by major competitors, ensuring easy replacement or upgrades.
