Alpha Wire 45192 BK005 Control Cable from the Xtra-Guard 4 Performance series is engineered for robust industrial performance and reliability. Featuring 2 conductor cores made of tin copper wire with a 0.35 mm² CSA (22 AWG), this cable is screened for EMI protection and jacketed in a durable black thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material. The cable has a nominal diameter of 5.64 mm and is 30 meters long, making it well suited for medium-length control and instrumentation wiring tasks.

The cable jacket and insulation provide exceptional flexibility and resilience, functioning effectively in temperatures ranging from -50°C up to 125°C. Compared to PVC alternatives, its TPE composition is three times more flexible at extreme temperatures, offering longer service life and better mechanical resistance. The cable is flame resistant with an FT1 rating and complies with CE, CSA, and UL certifications, ensuring adherence to stringent safety standards.

Alpha Wire’s Xtra-Guard 4 cable is designed specifically for industries requiring dependable performance under challenging environmental conditions.
