RS PRO 847-9693 Type K Exposed Junction Thermocouple provides accurate temperature measurement with a 2 meter cable length and a maximum temperature sensing capability of 250 °C. This sensor operates on the principle of the Seebeck Effect, where two dissimilar metal wires create a voltage proportional to temperature difference, enabling precise thermal monitoring in various industrial and laboratory environments.

The thermocouple features an exposed welded junction, which enhances sensitivity and response time by directly exposing the thermocouple junction to the measured environment.
