Product Description

RS PRO 832-0523 3D Printer Filament FLEX 45 Natural 1.75 mm, 500 g, is a premium filament designed for fused deposition modelling (FDM) 3D printers, especially compatible with common desktop 3D printers including Bowden setup styles like Ultimaker 2.

This filament is composed of Thermoplastic Co-Polyester (TPC 45) featuring strong flexibility, high mechanical strength, excellent resistance to chemicals and extreme temperatures, and a reduced environmental impact due to its high carbon content of renewable materials.

Featuring a natural translucent color with 92% translucency, the filament delivers precise and flexible prints with minimal odour and moisture absorption. It supports extruder temperatures from 230 to 255 °C and bed temperatures from 23 to 70 °C. For bed preparation, hairspray or glue stick on clean glass is recommended to ensure proper adhesion during printing.

Experience level recommended is moderate to advanced, as flexible elastomer filaments require more expertise and sometimes a modified extruder suited for flexible materials.
