STMicroelectronics M48T18-150PC1 SRAM Memory module, part of the TIMEKEEPER series, integrates a 64kB static RAM with real-time clock functionality and quartz-based very-low-power oscillator. It operates reliably between 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage and maintains performance with a maximum random access time of 100ns.

Designed with a 28-pin PCDIP through-hole package dimensioned at 39.88mm length, 18.34mm width, and 8.89mm height, this module supports 8192 words organized as 8 Kb x 8 with 10 bits per word. Its operating temperature spans from 0°C to 70°C, making it suitable for industrial and embedded systems requiring clock/calendar functions and non-volatile data retention.
