Product Description

Fluke I430-FLEXI-TF-II-4PK Flexible Current Sensor is an AC Rogowski coil designed to accurately measure alternating currents up to 6000A in confined spaces or hard-to-reach installations. It is compatible with various Fluke power quality analysers including models 433, 434, 435, 434-II, 435-II, and 437-II, providing reliable diagnostics in industrial, field, and laboratory environments.

This flexible sensor employs a thin and pliable coil that can wrap around conductors and busbars without intrusive disassembly, thereby simplifying installation and improving safety. The sensor features a 3000 A AC rms measurement range and operates with ±1% accuracy at 25 °C, capturing harmonic and transient signals across a wide frequency range of 10 Hz to 7 kHz.

The device outputs a 85 mV signal at 1000 A rms, enabling straightforward interfacing with compatible measuring instruments. A 2.5-meter RG58 coaxial output cable allows flexible positioning of the sensor relative to the analyser. It is rated IP41 for use in typical industrial locations and does not require batteries or external power sources, making it maintenance-free.

Applications include three-phase power quality analysis, retrofitting current measurements on busbars and large conductors, and on-site harmonic or transient analyses on switchgear. It is particularly suited for automation maintenance and electrical system checks in commercial and industrial settings.

Safety considerations allow use on uninsulated conductors up to 1000V AC rms or DC with output-to-earth safety rating limited to 600V AC rms or DC. Measurement stability is maintained with a temperature coefficient of up to ±0.08% per °C. The probe utilizes a safety BNC connector with expected load impedance of 50 kΩ minimum and output impedance of at least 82 Ω, ensuring compatibility with Fluke instrumentation.

Compatible with Fluke 433, 434, 435, 434-II, 435-II, and 437-II instruments. Non-intrusive AC Rogowski coil design for flexible installation. Wide 10 Hz - 7 kHz bandwidth captures harmonic and transient content. ±1% measurement accuracy at 25 °C for precise diagnostics.

Outputs 85 mV at 1000 A rms for easy interfacing. 2.5 m RG58 coaxial cable enables flexible positioning. IP41 rated for industrial use environments. No batteries or external power required. Ideal for power quality surveys, retrofitting, and maintenance checks.

Safety rated for use on uninsulated conductors up to 1000V AC rms/DC.

The set includes an instruction sheet for user guidance. This flexible Current Sensor is designed and manufactured in Bulgaria, ensuring high-quality standards in sensor technology.
