RS PRO IP65 Die Cast Aluminium Enclosure, model IP65, features a high-quality ADC 12 die cast aluminium alloy body and silver-coloured lid designed for industrial and electronic applications requiring robust protection and EMI/RFI shielding. The enclosure measures 65.5 mm in height, 275 mm in length, and 175 mm in width, making it suitable for general purpose housing of electronic components and sensitive industrial equipment. It is engineered to withstand harsh environments with temperature tolerance up to 250°C without compromise to its structural integrity.
The enclosure provides excellent EMI/RFI screening with a silver lid that is lipped to ensure a tight fit to the base, enhancing shielding performance. The enclosure is IP65 rated, offering protection against dust ingress and water jets, making it suitable for demanding industrial and manufacturing environments.
Manufactured without any external coating, the enclosure maintains a natural finish which can be powder painted if desired for aesthetic or protective purposes.
