Igus CF77.UL.07.36.D (50m) chainflex control cable features 36 cores of 0.75mm² (18 AWG) stranded copper conductors with an unscreened design and grey thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) sheath. This heavy-duty control cable is engineered for demanding industrial automation and electrical control systems where high abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and oil protection are critical. The patented bundled core design allows for exceptionally small bend radii, making it ideal for use in cable carriers (echains), flexible installations, and fixed applications requiring dynamic movement.

The cable is rated for 300/500 volts and provides excellent safety properties with flame retardant and halogen-free materials. Its temperature rating ranges from -50°C minimum operating temperature up to +80°C maximum, allowing it to be deployed reliably in both indoor and outdoor environments. Additional features include oil resistance compliant with DIN EN 50363-4-1, low-angled braided screen optimized for continuous flexing applications, and compliance with numerous safety and performance standards including CE, EN, ROHS-II, UL/CSA styles 11113 and 2570, NFPA 79-2018 chapter 12.9, and others.
