Amphenol Advanced Sensors NPI-19M-030G2 Pressure Sensor is a high-performance digital output pressure transducer engineered for precision gauge pressure measurement from 0 psi to 30 psi. This sensor series utilizes advanced SenStable® processing technology that ensures excellent stability, sensitivity, and low hysteresis in hostile industrial environments.
The sensor features a robust housing made of 316L stainless steel, guaranteeing corrosion resistance and enhanced durability under harsh conditions. It supports a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C and operates on a supply voltage between 2.5V and 5.5V, drawing a supply current of approximately 3 mA.
Equipped with a digital 14-bit I2C interface, it offers easy integration for automation and control systems requiring precise and stable pressure data outputs. The unit has a threaded M12 x 1.5 process fitting for secure mounting in pipelines or gas/liquid systems.
This pressure sensor is calibrated with a total error band accuracy of ±0.5% FSO (Full Scale Output) and demonstrates stability of ±0.5% span per year, suitable for long-term industrial use. The design withstands twice the maximum pressure as overpressure protection and three times the burst pressure for enhanced safety and reliability.
