Product Description
Hammond IP54 shielded extruded aluminium enclosure, model IP54, from the 1457-EMI Series, measures 55 mm height by 104 mm width by 160 mm length. It is designed for industrial and laboratory use to house printed circuit boards (PCBs) and equipment interfacing components securely.
The enclosure features a rugged extruded aluminium body with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm, providing strength and durability for demanding environments. Two die cast aluminium end panels with integral bezel ensure mechanical stability and protection.
PCBs are mounted horizontally by sliding into internal slots extruded directly into the enclosure body, simplifying assembly. The enclosure body includes a recessed area to accommodate labels or membrane keypads, facilitating customization.
