TE Connectivity FLHTC0311-1.50-9 FlexLite Series high temperature wire features a tough Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) jacket in white color with 19 strands of 0.32 mm tinned copper conductor, providing excellent mechanical toughness and heat resistance up to 200°C. This 100 meter length wire offers a UL 3557 recognized component rating with a voltage rating of 600 V and meets VW-1 flammability requirements.
FlexLite HT wire is designed for demanding industrial, construction, laboratory, and HVAC applications including lighting, appliances, electric motors, and wireless tools where space and temperature constraints exist. Its thin-wall insulation resists cold flow, high frequency radiation, and soldering iron contact without melting or shrinkage, ensuring reliable insulation.
The unshielded design eliminates the need for additional glass braid protection, preventing excessive cutter wear while maintaining flexibility and durability.
