Fibox PC 162509 ENCLOSURE is a high-quality general purpose polycarbonate enclosure from the Euronorm II Series designed to protect sensitive electrical components in industrial settings. It features robust construction from polycarbonate, providing superior mechanical impact resistance rated to IK08 and IK07 standards, making it ideal for harsh environments.
The enclosure offers excellent ingress protection with IP67 and IP66 classifications, ensuring complete protection against dust and powerful water jets. This makes it well-suited for outdoor or demanding industrial applications where dust and moisture are concerns.
Measuring 90 mm in height, 250 mm in length, and 160 mm in width, it provides ample space to mount DIN Rail-mounted terminal blocks, sensors, and other electrical or electronic devices. The enclosure's grey lid and base have a smooth surface finish, free of gate marks, for easy labelling or screen printing.
The included polyurethane gasket and captive stainless steel cover screws secure the enclosure with a tight seal while allowing convenient access for maintenance. The cover screws fully tighten with just 4 revolutions and remain captive for convenience.
