Semikron Danfoss SKM100GB176D is a state-of-the-art N-Channel IGBT Module rated for a maximum continuous collector current of 125 A and maximum collector emitter voltage of 1700 V. This dual transistor module housed in a 7-pin SEMITRANS package provides superior efficiency and rapid switching for power electronic applications.
