RF Solutions ZETA-868-SO is a 12-pin RF Transceiver module based on advanced EZRadio® technology and the Si4455 RF transceiver chip. Operating in the 433/868 MHz ISM bands, it delivers up to +13 dBm RF output power with a sensitivity of -116 dBm at 2.4 kbps, GFSK modulation, and 0.1% BER. Designed for low IF/ISM transceiver applications, it supports frequency shift keying modulation techniques including FSK, GFSK, and OOK.
The device operates with supply voltages ranging from 1.8 to 3.6 volts DC and communicates through a serial SPI interface, allowing seamless integration with microcontrollers and embedded systems. Its small 16 x 16 x 2 mm surface-mount package facilitates compact device design.
