Martindale MARCM87 clamp meter delivers high performance for AC and DC current measurements with True RMS technology ensuring precision on irregular waveforms. This clamp meter can measure AC current up to 1500 A and DC current up to 2000 A, alongside AC voltage up to 750 V and DC voltage to 1000 V, making it suitable for a wide range of electrical testing tasks.
The large 57 mm jaw opening allows easy clamping of conductors while resistance measurements reach up to 66 MΩ and capacitance up to 6.6 mF. It supports frequency tests up to 1 MHz and duty cycle measurements between 5 to 95%. Temperature measurement is enabled via a type K thermocouple (included) capable of measuring up to 1000°C (1832°F), suitable for HVAC and industrial temperature diagnostics.
The device features a 6600 count LCD display with bar graph for clear, easy-to-read output. It operates at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C and complies with safety category ratings CAT II, CAT III, and CAT IV, with 600 V safety voltage rating, ensuring safe operation in industrial environments.
