Microchip ATSAML11E15A-MU is a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex M23 microcontroller designed for advanced embedded systems requiring reliable security and low power consumption. Operating at 32 MHz with an ARM Cortex-M23 core, it achieves up to 31 DMIPS performance and integrates a single-cycle hardware multiplier and hardware divider along with a nested vector interrupt controller (NVIC) and memory protection unit (MPU).

This microcontroller features 32kB of FLASH program memory and 8kB of RAM, supporting program memory type FLASH. It supports 25 programmable I/O pins providing wide flexibility in interfacing options. Security features include ARM TrustZone technology for chip-level security, secure key storage, chip-level tamper resistance, crypto accelerators, secure boot, and a secure bootloader, making it suitable for secure and safety-critical applications.

The device includes 10 channels of 12-bit ADCs and a 10-bit DAC along with 2 analog comparators and enhanced peripheral touch controller.
