Lantronix XDT2321002-01-S Serial Device Server is a compact and robust solution designed to seamlessly convert serial RS-232 interfaces to Ethernet connectivity. Operating at a nominal supply voltage of 5 V, this device supports a maximum baud rate of 921.6 kbps, ensuring high-speed serial communication for industrial and networking applications.
Its DE9 female (DCE pinned) serial connector and RJ45 Ethernet port provide versatile interfacing options. The device supports multiple communication protocols such as UDP, TCP, ARP, Telnet, ICMP, SNMP, DHCP, BOOTP, TFTP, Auto IP, and HTTP, enabling comprehensive network compatibility.
Built-in hardware flow control (CTS/RTS) and software flow control (XON/XOFF) optimize data transmission reliability. Security is enhanced with AES encryption at 128, 192, and 256-bit levels, safeguarding sensitive data over the network.
Designed for demanding environments, it operates reliably within an extended temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and incorporates 15kV ESD protection on the serial port along with 1500VAC isolation on the Ethernet port. Configuration is user-friendly via a built-in web server accessible through standard web browsers on PCs, smartphones, and tablets.
