Product Description

FTDI Chip V2DIP1-32 VNC2 Vinculum Module Development Kit is an advanced embedded dual USB host controller designed for the VNC2-32Q IC. This development kit enables USB Host interfacing for multiple USB device classes such as bulk only mass storage (BOMS), printers, and human interface devices (HID).

The module transparently manages the FAT file system for USB flash drives, facilitating seamless communication with storage devices. It connects to low-cost microcontrollers through UART, SPI, or parallel FIFO interfaces, offering design flexibility.

Powered by a single +5V supply via DIL connectors, USB VBUS slave interface, or debugger module, the kit also provides an auxiliary +3.3V at 200mA output to support external logic components. Debugger interfaces and firmware upgrades are supported through UART or a dedicated debugger header, enabling efficient development and customization.
