Intelligent LED Solutions ILR-IW09-85ML-SC201-WIR200. OSLON Black PowerCluster 850 nm IR Cluster LED Lamp PCB Surface is a high-performance IR LED array designed for precision infrared illumination applications.

This PowerCluster combines 9 Osram Oslon Black IR LEDs in a compact 25 mm by 25 mm by 3.85 mm aluminium-based PCB assembly, ensuring excellent thermal control for stable operation.

The device emits a concentrated infrared wavelength at 850 nm with a radiant intensity of 5940 mW and wide angular dispersion of 150°, suitable for surveillance systems, machine vision, night vision lighting, and driver assistance systems.

Pre-wired with 200 mm wire leads and surface mountable with 2 pins, the cluster supports easy integration into IR lighting systems. Installation is facilitated by mounting holes accommodating M3 screws.

Electrical ratings include a maximum supply voltage of 15.75 V and a recommended current operating range of 100 to 1,000 mA, with careful precautions against overheating advised by using proper heat sinks and limited current drivers.
