Intelligent LED Solutions ILH-IO04-85ML-SC201-WIR200. OSLON Black PowerStar IR LED Array on PCB surface mount with peak wavelength of 850 nm and radiant intensity of 2740mW. This 4-LED array incorporates Osram IR Oslon Black Series LEDs mounted on an aluminium substrate for superior thermal management, pre-wired with 200mm wires for easy connectivity.

The device is engineered for demanding industrial and commercial applications such as surveillance camera IR illumination, machine vision systems, night vision lighting, and driver assistance technologies. Its compact 20mm x 20mm x 3.85mm size and mounting holes for M3 screws facilitate flexible and secure installation.

This IR LED array operates with a maximum supply voltage of 7 V and features a dome lens with a 90° angle of half intensity to achieve optimal light dispersion.
