Product Description

Amphenol Advanced Sensors NPI-19J-005G2 is a high-performance pressure sensor featuring digital output designed to operate in demanding industrial and laboratory environments. Its 0 psi to 5 psi gauge range and 14-bit I2C output enable precise and reliable pressure measurement suitable for automated control systems, industrial automation, HVAC, and fluid process monitoring.

Constructed with a 316L stainless steel housing and threaded 1/8 NPT process fitting, the sensor ensures excellent resistance to harsh media including liquids and gases, while maintaining mechanical durability. The SenStable® processing technology incorporated in this sensor provides excellent output stability, minimizing errors caused by hysteresis and non-linearity, with a typical linearity of ±0.25% full scale output (BFSL) and overall accuracy of ±0.5%.

Operating at a supply voltage between 2.5V and 5.5V and a low current draw of 3 mA, it supports efficient integration into battery-powered or low-power applications. The sensor is designed for a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, suitable for varied industrial climates.

Key robust design features include the ability to handle twice the maximum rated pressure as overpressure and three times as burst pressure, ensuring reliability against pressure surges. Its digital I2C interface simplifies integration into digital control and data acquisition systems.
