Product Description
Calex PMO-151-HT-J is a high-performance Infrared Temperature Sensor designed with a Type J thermocouple output that enables accurate temperature measurement from 0 °C to 500 °C. This sensor caters to demanding industrial and laboratory environments where dependable thermal sensing is vital.
Featuring a compact sensing head with an 18 mm diameter and robust aluminium plus 316 stainless steel construction, the sensor withstands harsh conditions and maintains stability. The sensor operates efficiently in ambient temperatures up to 120 °C and is IP65 rated for protection against dust and water ingress, suitable for industrial use.
The sensor utilizes 15:1 precision optics for focused infrared measurement within the spectral range of 8 to 14 micrometers. The integrated Type J thermocouple provides a 4-wire analogue output along with a quick response time of 240 milliseconds ensuring real-time temperature monitoring.
Its sensing head cable length of 3 meters combined with a 1-meter output cable offers flexible installation options. The fixed emissivity of 0.95 guarantees consistent readings across typical surfaces, making it ideal for automation, process control, HVAC, and manufacturing applications where infrared temperature sensing is critical.
