RS PRO 514-657 Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Plastic Sheet is a beige solid sheet designed for industrial and high-performance applications. Measuring 500 mm in length, 50 mm in width, and 6 mm thickness, this sheet is laminated with fine weave cotton, fibreglass, epoxy resin, and acrylic for reinforced strength and durability.

This PEEK polymer sheet excels in chemical resistance to a wide range of harsh acids, bases, hydrocarbons such as natural gas and fuels, and organic solvents. It exhibits a low water absorption rate of 0.5% and resists chemical breakdown in water (hydrolysis), making it highly reliable in wet and corrosive environments.

The material's thermal stability allows operation at temperatures as high as 260°C, coupled with high mechanical and tensile strength of 95 MPa and a hardness rating of M 99 Rockwell. It provides excellent wear, abrasion, and stress cracking resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding industrial conditions.
