Product Description

RS PRO 484-6175 White POM Plastic Sheet is a premium Polyoxymethylene (POM-H) homopolymer solid plastic sheet designed for demanding industrial applications. It measures 500 mm x 330 mm with a thickness of 10 mm, manufactured from high-grade white DuPont Delrin resin providing superior hardness, density, and strength.

This sheet offers excellent wear resistance and good electrical insulation, making it highly suitable for use in electronics, mechanical engineering, automotive, aerospace, and food technology sectors. POM-H acetal’s semi-crystalline structure ensures higher crystallinity and superior machinability compared to other POM variants. It has a tensile strength of 70 MPa and an impact strength of 12 kJ/m², with a hardness rating of M 90 on the Rockwell scale.

The sheet complies with UL94 HB flammability standards and maintains performance up to 100°C maximum operating temperature. Water absorption is minimal at 0.5%, and thermal conductivity is low at 0.17 W/mK. It does not have adhesive backing and is not resistant to hot water above 60°C. These characteristics ensure the sheet is durable, reliable, and suitable for precision machining.
