Product Description

STMicroelectronics LED8102SXTTR is a high-performance LED driver IC designed for efficient LED lighting applications. This 16-pin HTSSOP packaged device supports an output current of 100 mA and an input voltage range from -0.4 V to 7 V, making it suitable for a variety of LED control requirements.

The IC features a monolithic 8-channel LED driver architecture with direct switch control and advanced thermal management that protects the device by shutting it down at thermal thresholds to prevent damage. It automatically powers off at 170 °C with a 15 °C hysteresis for safe restart.
