Loctite 267437 gasket sealant 574 is an orange-colored liquid composed of dimethacrylate ester designed for sealing close-fitting joints between rigid metal faces and flanges. It cures in the absence of air ensuring a durable seal suitable for industrial applications.
The sealant offers medium strength performance with excellent oil, water, and glycol resistance making it suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, transmission and engine flanges, as well as marine pipe work. Its thixotropic viscosity prevents migration after application, ensuring clean and precise sealing.
This product withstands maximum operating temperatures of up to 150°C and has a specific gravity of 1.1. The sealant does not require mixing and quickly provides resistance to low pressure immediately after assembly.
Commonly used as a form-in-place gasket, it is ideal for gearboxes, engine casings, and other rigid flanged connections. Loctite 574 gasket sealant meets ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 standards for quality assurance.
This sealant cures when confined in the absence of air between metal surfaces. Provides excellent oil, water, and glycol resistance. Medium strength with thixotropic viscosity to minimize product migration. Ideal for hydraulic, pneumatic, marine, and automotive sealing applications.
Suitable for use in applications with operating temperatures up to 150°C.
This gasket sealant is manufactured in Ireland and is supplied as a 50 ml liquid product. It is classified as hazardous due to chemical composition but provides reliable sealing performance essential to mechanical and fluid power industries.
