RS PRO 492-014 2 Core Power Cable 1mm² 70°C 100 m is a BASEC approved, harmonised flexible mains power cable manufactured with stranded copper conductors and insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) for reliable performance. This flexible cable is designed to carry electrical power in medium duty domestic and office applications, providing excellent durability and electrical safety.
The cable contains 2 stranded copper cores of 1mm² cross-sectional area each, covered individually with colour coded PVC insulation for easy identification. The outer black PVC jacket provides protection from mechanical stresses, oil exposure, and environmental elements with maximum operating temperature resistance up to 70°C and a minimum operating temperature down to -15°C. The rated voltage is 300 to 500V, aligning with harmonised European standards (H05VV-F), ensuring consistent electrical performance.
