RS PRO 185-3997 2 Core Power Cable 16mm² 90 °C Cross Linked Polyethylene features stranded copper conductors with a cross-sectional area of 16mm², designed for reliable electrical power transmission.
This cable is insulated with a thermosetting cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) jacket type GP8, providing excellent thermal and electrical insulation with a nominal outer diameter of 20mm. The robust design supports voltages up to 1000V and 600V AC rated usage.
The cable delivers high performance across an operating temperature range from -15°C to 90°C, suitable for challenging environments where thermal endurance is essential.
