Alpha Wire 25003 BK005 Control Cable is a heavy-duty, abrasion-resistant cable from the XTRA-GUARD 2 series. It features 3 cores with 0.35mm² (22 AWG) tin copper conductors, enclosed in a durable black polyvinyl chloride jacket designed for demanding industrial environments. The unscreened cable extends 30 meters, making it suitable for various installation needs where mechanical abuse resistance is critical.

The cable jacket uses a specially formulated polyurethane material offering triple the tear and abrasion resistance of regular PVC. It withstands exposure to oils, chemicals, solvents, and fuels, with excellent UV stability and low temperature flexibility, rated from -30°C to a maximum of 90°C operating temperature.

Alpha Wire’s design includes a nylon ripcord to simplify jacket stripping and coloured conductors for easy identification during installation.
