Intelligent LED Solutions ILE-BI01-GGRIRICBD-SC201. BIOFY Sensor Version 1.0 is a sophisticated sensor development tool integrating the Biofy® SFH7072 sensor array. This sensor is specifically designed for use in smart watches, mobile devices, wearable devices, and fitness trackers requiring accurate biometric data acquisition.

The sensor incorporates two green emitters (530nm), one red LED (660nm), and one infrared emitter (950nm), alongside an infrared cut detector with spectral sensitivity from 402 to 694nm and a broadband photodiode sensitive from 420 to 1100nm. The design optimizes the distance between the emitters and detectors to enhance light reflection, improving signal quality for more reliable measurements, particularly for blood oxygen saturation (SpO2).

The sensor assembly is mounted on a compact FR4 printed circuit board measuring 20.25x13.70x0.90mm with thermal vias to ensure efficient heat dissipation. Its low heat generation negates the need for additional heat sinks, making it suitable for compact electronic applications.
