Product Description

Rohde & Schwarz HMP4040 digital bench power supply is a high-performance, programmable unit engineered for laboratory, industrial, and educational environments requiring precise DC power sources. Featuring four isolated but combinable outputs, it provides a maximum voltage of 32 V and maximum current of 10 A per channel, delivering a total maximum power of 384 W.

Designed to offer stable, ripple-free power, the HMP4040 ensures accurate measurements and safe operation with adjustable overload protection in the form of electronic fuses (FuseLink) per channel, overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown. Its user-friendly digital display delivers high-resolution readback with settings adjustable down to 1 mV and current resolution to 0.1 A.

The device supports multiple interface cards including USB, Ethernet (LAN), RS-232, and IEEE-488 (GPIB) enabling remote monitoring and control in automated test systems. The integrated EasyArb software allows users to create and run customized voltage and current waveforms to simulate real-world testing scenarios.
