Intelligent LED Solutions ILR-IO12-85SL-SC211-WIR200. This IR LED surface package contains 12 high-performance OSRAM IR OSLON® Black Series LEDs that operate at a peak wavelength of 850 nm and produce a radiant intensity of 16,080 mW. The compact surface mount design includes a rectangular lens shape with integrated lenses enabling high power density in a small footprint, ideal for applications requiring powerful infrared emission.

The device operates at a maximum supply voltage of 38.4 V, has 2 electrical pins, and a 45° angle of half intensity, offering precise directional light output. Constructed on aluminium substrates, it provides excellent thermal management ensuring reliability and longevity.
