Product Description

Rittal 9522000 Polycarbonate Wall Box belongs to the PK series, designed for secure enclosure of electronic modules and components. Measuring 180 mm in height, 254 mm in width, and 165 mm in depth, this enclosure provides robust protection against dust, moisture, and mechanical impacts with its IP66 and IK08 ratings.

The enclosure is constructed from fibreglass-reinforced polycarbonate, a UV stable plastic suitable for outdoor installations. It incorporates a foamed polyurethane seal that ensures a dust-tight and water-resistant barrier, protecting sensitive equipment in industrial, automotive, and food and beverage processing environments.

Featuring quick-release polyamide screws and polyethylene insulating bungs, the enclosure facilitates easy installation and maintenance. The grey RAL 7035 color provides a professional finish for applications requiring corrosion resistance and aesthetic compatibility.

Operating over a broad temperature range from -35°C to +80°C, the enclosure is designed to perform reliably in harsh industrial conditions. Its plastic housing is self-extinguishing, adding fire safety by preventing flame propagation.
