Product Description

KEMET C0603C222K2RACTU is a 2.2 nF multilayer ceramic capacitor with a nominal voltage of 200V dc and ±10% capacitance tolerance, specifically designed for surface mount technology (SMT) applications. It utilizes a stable X7R dielectric material, providing reliable performance in harsh industrial and automotive environments with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.

This capacitor features a compact 0603 package size (1.6mm length by 0.8mm width by 0.8mm height) and a stacked construction, delivering high ripple current capability and extremely low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and equivalent series inductance (ESL). The terminations are finished with 100% pure matte tin plating to ensure excellent solderability and long-term reliability in PCB assembly processes.
