This portable calibrator integrates a manual vernier pump and bleed valve, allowing fine control of pressure output with high accuracy of ±0.05% full scale and a pressure resolution of 0.01 psi. The device also supports loop current measurements from 0 to 24 mA with an impressive 0.001 mA resolution, essential for verifying and maintaining 4 - 20 mA process instrumentation.
The calibrator runs on alkaline batteries offering up to 20 hours of continuous operation, facilitating extended field use without frequent battery changes. It connects to pressure inputs via a 1/8 inch NPT fitting and current inputs through shrouded banana jacks.
