Product Description

Bourns IsoM3-230-B-L2 Metal Oxide Varistor is a high-performance surge protection component combining the advantages of Metal Oxide Varistor and integrated Gas Discharge Tube (GDT) hybrid technology. This hybrid design allows for superior energy handling density, lower capacitance of 30 pF, and very low leakage currents, making it an ideal solution for protecting sensitive electronic circuits from voltage spikes and transient surges.

With a rated Varistor voltage of 230 V and a clamping voltage of 620 V, the IsoMOV series varistor can handle clamping currents up to 50 A.
