Product Description
Bayonet-type thermocouples are used in many applications where it is necessary to measure temperature accurately over long periods of time. They consist of two parts, a male part which fits into a female part. The male part has an internal spring-loaded pin that engages with a hole in the female part when inserted. When the male part is removed, the spring causes the pin to be ejected out of the hole. This allows the male part to be easily removed from the female part without damaging them.
