Cement slurry meters are used to measure cement slurry density. They are typically installed in large concrete batching plants or in smaller plants where there is no room for a densimeter. The meter consists of an outer casing that contains a float chamber and a piston rod. A float moves up and down inside the float chamber as the liquid level changes. As the float rises it pushes the piston rod out of the float chamber, thereby indicating the amount of water in the mix.The electromagnetic flow meter can be used to measure the volume flow of conductive fluid in a closed pipeline.
